You will create a functional program based on Homework 1's algorithm.

• 4 Points - Create a form based on your algorithm; it should be attractively presented.
  • Text boxes should have labels beside them, identifying the expected input.
  • A button with meaningful text.
  • A label used for output
• 2 Points - The text boxes, output label, and button have meaningful names.
• 3 Points - Event handler for button's Click event is correctly defined.
• 3 Points - Retrieving the values into variables.
• 3 Points - Performing the calculation, storing the answer.
• 3 Points - Showing the answer in a label for output.
• 2 Points - a 1-2 line comment explaining what your formula/program does.

Bring this program to class on 9/21; have it open at the beginning of class.
